of information available to your entire network. Project partners
are kept up to date with project progress and activities. News
pages allow the dissemination of information to
all partners instantaneously. Upcoming events can be advertised
on the Project Events board. Messages

Frequently Asked Questions can be available to all users in
the FAQ pages. Objectify also provides
a project address book and a project links page. |

All records can be printed and linked
to paper evidence, such as invoices and receipts, to create
a transparent audit trail. Project accountants or auditors can
be given their own usernames and passwords, so that they can
examine your electronic records online using their own computer
in their own office. |
